we are going to India! August 11th - 20th to practice Activated diet (SKB Activated Vegan Food ® Seminars ) and pranayama and jnana yoga The yogic breath (we will focus on building savitri rhythm up to 6 tala, hang sah kriya, pranava Aum) check link at first comment and inform me if you are interested. You can apply until first week of May but PLEASE let us know if you are thinking about it , because WE WILL NOT ACCEPT everyone. It needs a specific kind of discipline and temperament to be able to follow our program so please inform us, even if you are not sure yet, so we can prepare you for this. we will have sessions by our dearest teachers Yogacharya Dr Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani and Yogacharini Devasena Bhavanani and have the blessing of our Guru Ammaji Meenakshi Devi Bhavanani . We will have puja (ceremony) at the Sri Kambaliswamy Madam (Samadhi site) and experience the Indian culture straight from the source (not as tourists). We will visit Auroville and Sri bhagavan Ramana Maharshi ashram,motumala,kothhapatnam,Ongole. Rishiculture Ashtanga (Gitananda) Yoga MEMBERS (teachers and students) : we will have the opportunity to practice intensely the most amazing practices that are special in our tradition and maybe never had the time/space to practice them as deeply as we should : savitri pranayama, hang sah kriya, Pranava Aum . We will also have the opportunity to learn and practice YogicDiet - Activated Vegan Food .
